The Project proposes an additional of approximately 61,719 sf to the existing 129,851 sf structure, resulting in a 191,570 sf Walmart store. The existing store is currently located on 13.01 acres; Walmart owns the adjacent 3.69-acre parcel to the southeast, and proposes a Lot Merger to create a single 16.70-acre parcel.
