Document Description
The Project consists of the expansion and remodeling of the existing Walmart retail store located at 80 Rio Rancho Road in the Pomona Ranch Plaza, in the City of Pomona. The Project proposes an additional of approximately 61,719 sf to the existing 129,851 sf structure, resulting in a 191,570 sf Walmart store. The existing store is currently located on 13.01 acres; Walmart owns the adjacent 3.69-acre parcel to the southeast, and proposes a Lot Merger to create a single 16.70-acre parcel.
