E. & J. Gallo Winery 5-Year Expansion Plan
Description
The proposed project is a modification to the existing CUP to allow E. & J. Gallo Winery to increase its wine production capacity at the existing Livingston facility from 628,000 tons to 730,000 tons. This would include an expansion of approx 2 acres to allow for more efficient tank layout, improved circulation, and a new irrigation pond. An additional 48 million gallons of cooperage (245 tanks), a new receiving pit, 10 new presses, expansion of the refrigeration system, and approx 540,000 sf of other improvements would be included with the expansion.
