Merced County is considering an application by E & J Gallo Winery for issuance of a Major Modification (MM13-009) to conditional use permit CUP2714 to allow for modification of the approved expansion plan for the existing E&J Gallo Winery Facility. The proposed modification to the approved permit consists of approximately 28,000,000 gallons, to allow longer storage time onsite and relocation the previously approved administration and process buildings within the site.
