Description
The Draft 2009-2014 Housing Element Update has been prepared by the City to comply with the legal mandate that requires each local government to adequately plan to meet the existing and projected housing needs of all economic segments of the community. The proposed Housing Element update sets forth goals, policies, objectives, and programs that together evidence the ability to meet the City's fair shares of regional housing needs by the year 2014.
