- Description
- The project is limited to: (1) installing a rocked ford crossing, (2) excavating two temporary trenches across two small watercourses to facilitate drain pipe installation to a sump basin; and (3) constructing an armored spillway. The rocked ford crossing shall be constructed across an ephemeral tributary to facilitate construction of access roads within the vineyard. The CA DFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0092-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Keith LaVine/Codorniu Napa, Incorporated, DBA Artesa Vineyards and Winery.
