DTSC is considering approval of a Remedial Action Plan for the Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) company an additional adjacent parcel, and a right-of-way (hereinafter "the Site or Site Area") pursuant to Health & Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.8 Section 25356.1 as submitted by PG&E. The RAP consists of remedial activities to address elevated levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) in soil, soil vapor and groundwater at the Site and lead in the soil.
