Document Description
Project No. TTM 36567 (South Shore II) is a residential subdivision that is proposed to include 147 single-family detached residential units on approximately 44 acres of the site. The land surrounding the residential development would include 19 acres retained in natural open space, an approximately 3.5-acre public park, and an on-site detention basin. Access to the project site would be from the proposed Elsinore Hills Road via Street "C" and Street "D", through the Spyglass Ranch Specific Plan project (TTM No. 35337), which is proposed to be constructed just west of South Shore II. Elsinore Hills Road would be extended from its existing terminus, approximately 850 feet south of Rosetta Canyon Drive, to Camino Del Norte by the project opening year. Utilities would be provided through connection to existing lines.
