Document Description
The project proposes to develop a new effluent disposal process that consists of a reclamation/land disposal system (effluent land disposal system). 140 to 160 acres of land would be purchased to facilitate the construction of the treated effluent land disposal system and associated infrastructure (effluent pump station to support movement of the treated wastewater to the land disposal site, modifications to the irrigation, tall water, aeration system and chemical systems, and minor modifications to the existing facility controls.
