Document Description
The California Department of Public Health Safe Drinking Water Proposition 50 Program is providing state funds for the project. The North Kaweah MWC proposes to consolidate two water districts and improve the overall water quality and service to existing customers. The project will provide new water supply wells, treatment filtration and disinfection facilities, a clear water storage tank, and booster pumps if necessary. The existing distribution line would be replaced and water meters will be installed for residents in Tract 403 MWC. Existing wells that service North Kaweah MWC will be abandoned.
