CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0006-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Andrew Kushner/Green Ridge Power, LLC.
Project is limited to temporary impacts to two ephemeral drainages, ED-01 and ED-02. The impacts will result from decommissioning activities associated with turbine pad foundation removals across the two drainages.
