Document Description
Project authorized under the original ITP was expected to result in the following impact acreages to CA threatened species San Joaquin kit fox (vulpes macrotis mutica) and CA threatened species CA tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) habitat: 50.9 acres of permanent habitat loss (49.9 acres of upland habitat and 1.01 acres of aquatic habitat) and 204.5 acres of temporary upland habitat loss. Based on the results of site restoration and stock pond hydrological analysis, the Project resulted in 50.8 acres of permanently facility impacts (upland only) and 354.4 acres of temporary facility impacts. This Amendment increases the amount of compensatory habitat that is necessary and required pursuant to CESA to fully mitigate unauthorized project related impacts of the taking on the Covered Species resulting from the Project.
