Document Description
Inland Empire Environment, Inc. (IEE) has prepared documentation for a solid waste facility permit (SWFP) application to obtain a full SWFP for a large volume transfer/processing facility. IEE plans to expand the existing materials recycling facility operations to include the adjacent building at 1250 S. Tippecanoe, which will provide an additional 42,005 feet of operational space and have a permitted capacity to process 900 tons of mixed commercial loads, construction 7 demolition materials per day. The operation will use both Building A and Building B and will require approval of 24 hours per day operations, seven days per week. The expanded operation will provide street sweepings from the City that are currently going directly to a landfill.
