Document Description
Pursuant to the authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, California Health and Safety Code, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) proposes to approve the Revised Draft Remedial Action Plan (DRAP), December 19, 2006, that would augment existing activities to remediate groundwater contamination in the Chico Central Plume (the Site). The DRAP and Health Risk Assessments are incorporated by reference.
