Adoption of a specific plan to develop approximately 5,530 housing units, school sites, parks, private recreation areas, fire station, Village Center and other land uses. The project will be within approximately 2,425 acres of land most of which will require that LAFCO consider and approve a sphere of influence amendment and one or more annexations to the City of Anderson.
