Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0396-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The amendment includes a modification to the route of underground utilities requiring horizontal directional drilling under an existing culverted seasonal wetland swale. If the culvert fails during the work it will be replaced, resulting in up to 0.019 acre of temporary impacts to the swale. The area will be returned to existing contours following construction and BMPs such as hydroseed will be installed.
