Document Description
Caltrans proposes to replace the Highway 1 Bridge over San Pedro Creek and widen the San Pedro Creek channel (Project) to accommodate 100 year flow events and prevent flooding. Avoidance and minimization measure will be implemented to protect sensitive species. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0001-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation as represented by Hardeep Takhar.
