The parcel is not under a Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract. The 15/MND identified that there are potentially significant impacts for the following categories, but that these impacts can be reduced to less than significant with the incorporation of identified mitigation measures: Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, and Noise.
