Description

A planned development amendment and design review for the storage, repair, maintenance, and manufacturing of equipment used for the owner's farming operations. A use permit is required to allow for a reduced agricultural buffer from adjacent agricultural uses. An existing 16,000 square foot building will be used for agricultural equipment/parts storage with an area of approximately 2,000 square feet utilized for repair/maintenance/manufacturing of agricultural equipment for farming operations. Agricultural equipment will be stored outdoors on areas covered with gravel and asphalt grindings. There will be five employees on-site Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm. During harvest (August-November), there will be up to 13 employees on-site with operations running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
