Title: Valley View Mobile Home Park Water Consolidation Project
Description: The Valley View Mobile Home Park Water Consolidation Project consists of consolidation of nine independent small water systems into CVWD's potable water system to improve the reliability and potential safety of water supply to rural disadvantaged communities (DACs). The proposed project would deliver 118 acre feet per year of potable water to meet a maximum day demand of 72.9 gallons per minute for a population size of approximately 570 people. The proposed project would construct approximately 19,500 linear feet of water system laterals within existing roadways or with in property currently owned by the small water systems owners; and associated on-site piping, meters, hydrants, and valves.
