Title: Graton Rancheria Back of House Expansion Project
Description: Note: Draft Tribal EIR The Tribe proposes to enlarge employee areas at the existing Graton Resort & Casino (Resort) with the construction of the Proposed Project. The Proposed Project would be constructed on tribal trust land, and consists of the expansion of the Resort's back of house space. The Proposed Project involves the demolition of approximately 3,000 square feet (st) of existing BOH space and the construction of approximately 12,000 sf of new BOH space on the western (back) side of the Resort. The new BOH space would be used for expanded offices and employee facilities, including an elevator, cubicles, reception areas, storage rooms, conference rooms, and break rooms.
