Title: Angels Landing
Description: A new mixed-use development with 180 residential condos, 261 apartments, 509 hotel guest rooms with ancillary food & beverages uses, 38, 977 sf of educational/cultural/civic uses, 36, 515 sf of commercial space and 56, 881 sf of open space. The Project would result in 1,269, 150 sf of floor area in two towers (Towers A & B) on an 2.24-acre site. Tower A would be a 64 floors with a building height of up to 854 ft. Tower B would be 42 floors with a building height of up to 494 ft.. Both towers would be built over a 7-level subterranean parking garage up to a depth of 84 ft. The existing Metro Pershing Square Station would be maintained. The Project would remove existing landscaping and excavate/export approx. 590,000 cubic yards of soil.
