Title: North Trunk Sewer Replacement Mendocino Avenue to Terra Linda Drive Project
Description: The project would abandon in place reconstruct and rehabilitate approx 1,700 lf of existing 12-in and 15-in diameter vitrified clay pipe along Paulin Crk. A new trunk sewer and sewer main would be installed on Chanate Rd to collect and convey the flows. In order to reroute the flows to Chanate Rd, the sewer mains on Lomitas Ave, Lomitas Lane, and Mendocino Ave would also be abandoned. Overall, 6,090 ft of sewer pipe, as well as 32 manholes and 10 mainline cleanouts would be removed or abandoned. In addition, the project would extend an existing water main in Chanate Rd and replace and extend an existing water main in Lomitas Ave.
