PA-1800106 (RAA) Revisions of Approved Actions

Description

This project is a Revisions of Approved Actions application to revise the previously approved expansion of an existing regional religious assembly in two (2) phases over five (5) years. The revisions reduce the expansion from 17,727 square feet to 9,055 square feet. The two-part phasing and five (5) year timeline will remain the same. The proposed revisions include eliminating the proposed 12,000 square foot multi-purpose building in Phase 1 and instead converting an existing 5,055 square foot residence on an adjacent parcel into classrooms for Christian Education Activity and eliminating the proposed Phase 2 conversion of the 5,055 square foot residence into an administrative office and utilization of an existing 672 square foot storage building and instead demolishing the 672 square foot storage building and constructing a 4,000 square foot addition to the classroom building (former residence) to be used for assembly space for Christian Education Activity. The expansion will not result in an increase in the 1,176-person seating capacity of the religious assembly. Sewer service will be provided by the City of Stockton, water service will be provided by California Water Service, and storm water will be retained in an existing on-site retention basin.
