- The county is proposing a wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system for the communities of Samoa, Fairhaven, Finn Town, and adjacent properties. The project includes an amendment to the Humboldt Bay Area Plan of the Humboldt County Local Coastal Plan to allow the extension of wastewater service to serve uses other than industrial outside the town of Samoa.
