- Description
- The Project is limited to the removal of woody debris or anthropogenic waste, immediately adjacent to 46 water diversions and culverts in Inyo County during the high flows associated with the 2017 runoff year (approximately April to August). Access to work areas will occur along the existing roadways. Equipment stging and maintenance areas will be located on existing paved areas, nesting bird surveys will be implemented prior to any vegetation disturbance; any entrained fish will be returned to the mainstem stream following teh end of spreading activities.
