Title: Oakland Alameda Access Project
Description: Alameda CTC and Caltrans propose roadway improvements to increase mobility for travelers between I-880, the Posey and Webster Tubes, and the Cities of Oakland and Alameda. Freeway-bound congestion would be reduced on local roadways. Existing interstate ramps would be reconstructed, local streets in downtown Oakland would be reconfigured, and bicycle and pedestrian connectivity would be improved within and between both cities.
