Description

Issue Rights of Entry (ROE) and Easements to PG&E and Frontier Communicaitons into Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park for the undergrounding of overhead utility lines on the south end of Elk Prairie to protect breeding marbled murrelets (federally listed as threatened, state-listed as endangered) from hitting utility lines and sustaining injury and/or mortality as they access their nesting trees to the south of these lines. The project work is covered under the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park Public Use Improvements.
