Description

A one-year time extension application for a previously-approved use permit application for the expansion of an existing 13,495 sf religious assembly facility from a max of 170 members to a max of 700 members to be completed in two phases over three years. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 23,700 sf multi-purpose assembly hall for educational programs and recreational activities, a 250 sf well house, a 600 sf structure to house the fire tanks, and conversion of an existing 6,150 sf agricultural building into a storage building. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 20,500 sf social hall with a kitchen, dining area, and retreat area. No additional members are proposed with phase 2.
