Description
The City of Selma recently updated their Housing Element. On February 2, 2016 the State Dept. of Housing and Community Development (HCD) issued a letter of conditional approval to staff. The Selma City Council adopted the 2015-2023 Housing Element and adopted General Plan Amendment GPA2016-1.
