Description

Specific Plan and related land use actions for 785 single family dwellings on an approx. 248 acre site. The project requires annexation into the Vacaville city limits. The project includes approx. 25 acres of parks and open space, including 5 small neighborhood parks (3+ acres) and a large open space / active use area that will include community park uses, trails, open space, City well site, and a dog park. The project will connect to roadways in the adjacent City neighborhoods and to existing & planned utility systems. The project is consistent with the Vacaville General Plan adopted in August 2015.
