Description: This project involves the construction of an unmanned wireless communications facility on the 2.65-acre parcel located at the northeast corner of Halberns Boulevard and Lutheran Way in the City of Santee, California. The proposed facility would consist of a new 49'-4" bell tower containing 12 panel antennas and a microwave antenna, a 160 square-foot, ground-level equipment enclosure, underground cabling, equipment cabinets, and an emergency diesel generator.
