- Description
- The Central Valley Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the proposed Project. The Project consists of removing, replacing, or reinforcing sanitary sewer pipelines at five creek crossings: Site 10, Site 11, Site 18, Site 31, and Site 42. Common with all site repairs, distrubed areas will be hydroseeded and erosion control measures will be put in place within the creek channel.
