- The changes that will be authorized by the issuance of the proposed permit include: 1. The proposed revised permit will increase the maximum daily tonnage incrementally starting at 2,000 ton per day (tpd) then in year 2020, to 2200 tpd; 2025 to 2450 tpd; and finally in year 2035 to 3,000 tpd. 2. The maximum traffic volume per day will increase starting at 554 vpd; then in year 2020 to 600 vpd; 2025 to 675 vpd; 2030 to 750 vpd; and finally in year 2035 to 800 vpd. 3. Updating the estimated closure date from 2065-2055
