- Description
- CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0098-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, the City of Laguna Niguel. The existing park access road dip crossing will be replaced by a dual arched culvert crossing structure. A pedestrian boardwalk across the stream will be replaced with a new structure. Also, a sediment forebay and trash boom, a treatment wetland, a retaining wall, and series of bioswales will be constructed as a part of the project.
