- The CA Dept. of Public Health Safe Drinking Water Proposing 50 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Del Oro Water Company proposes to correct a filtration problem at the Stirling Bluffs water treatment plant. Two new filtration trains will be added to the existing plant. Upon completion of the project, the Depart.'s District Office will issue a new or amended permit to operate the facility.
