Title: General Plan Amendment 2012-0145 for the 2013-2021 Housing Element Update
Description: An update of the City's General Plan Housing Element in accordance with Government Code Section 65588. The Housing Element applies to properties city-wide, and consists of the identification and analysis of existing and projected housing needs, a statement of goals, policies, quantified objectives, financial resources, and scheduled programs for the preservation, improvements, and development of housing. The Element establishes goals, objectives, policies, and programs for the 2013-2021 planning period that address the anticipated housing needs of City residents at all income levels and includes provisions to address special housing needs.
