Concow Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project

Description

The California Department of fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0037-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Butte County - Department of Public Works. The main priority of the project will be rehabilitating of the paved section of Concow Road. Improved roadway safety, drainage, and pavement quality are the main design objectives of the project. Work within CDFW jurisdiction includes placement of approximately 10 cubic yards of rock slope protection at town unnamed creek crossings, and the replacement of two 18 inch culverts within ephemeral channels.
