- The Foster Square Condominiums project includes the 200 for-sale units allowed under the General Development Plan, within 14 buildings. The buildings are laid out in a grid pattern separated by paseos, streets, driveways, and interior setbacks, and will consist of a mix of three different building types. Type A buildings provide 12 units per building; Type B buildings provide 14 units per building; and Type C buildings provide 24 units per building. The building heights extend to a maximum of 52 feet. Resident parking is located in the ground floor of each building, with two spaces provided per unit.
