- The CA DFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, CA Dept. of Parks & Rec. The project consists of conducting routine riparian maintenance activities that include removing sediment, debris, and vegetation from 15 culverts and the Pismo Lake spillway; trimming riparian trees and shrubs; and controlling emergent species and exotic species populations within riparian corridors.
