Bald Hills Road Rehabilitation Project (Post Miles 18.97-22.19)

Description

The proposed project consists of road rehabilitation along an ~3.15 mile long stretch of Bald Hills Road between post miles 19.04 and 22.19. The existing road within the project area is a gravel-surfaced, two-lane road in poor condition. In some locations, the width of the roadway is sufficient to permit only one-way traffic. The purpose of the proposed project is to stabilize and protect the roadway; improve driving conditions; and create safer road conditions. The project will stabilize existing structural sections, improve drainage, and provide continuous asphalt paving on the road surface.
