The City of Clovis is the lead agency on the FEIR, statement overriding considerations, and mitigation monitoring program which were approved per Resolution on August 25, 2014. CA Energy Commission is approving a grant for the Zero Net Energy upgrades to 20-60 single family homes within the previously approved development.
