- The Statewide Pest Prevention and Management Program EIR provides an up-to-date, transparent, and comprehensive evaluation of CDFA's activities. The PEIR serves as an overarching CEQA framework for efficient and proactive implementation of Statewide Program activities. The purpose of this Addendum 3 is to make alternative treatments available to the Pierce's Disease Program, by including under scenarios covered in the PEIR the foliar application of Safari 20 SG and Marathon II Greenhouse & Nursery Insecticide to multiple nursery settings, and Merit 2F for foliar and soil application in urban and residential settings.
