SVE with limited exaction and off-site disposal is considered to be a cost-effective treatment alternative capable of meeting the RAOs within a reasonable periods. Additionally, electrical resistive heating (ERH) may be utilized in a approximately 5,000 square foot area in the vicinity of the former USTs to optimize the efficiency of SVE in this area.
