- Description
- The CA Dept. of FG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the fish and Game Code for the OEHI Gunslinger Project. The overall Project limited to the siting, drilling, and testing of up to ten (10) oil and gas wells on five well pad locations. Implementation of the proposed project would affect three (3) stream channels and one (1) wide wash. The CDFG has determined the project is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
