Description: NOTE: Review Per Lead The applicant proposes to improve Fairway Lane which will serve 5 existing vacant parcels. Fairway Lane is currently a dirt road; it will be paved to a width of 20' over 24' wide base with curbs on the downhill side and underground utilities on the uphill side. Construction of drainage channel has previously been identified as marginal wetland. The project will require filling a small area of this marginal wetland.
