Description: Final phase of a project to upgrade control systems & pumps, and provide backup generators at 3 pumping plants (PPs) along the east levee of the Sutter Bypass in Sutter County. The project includes the construction of masonary block footings built into the landside of the east levee (PPs 1&3 (15'X30"); PP2 (15'X15') & grounding grids for the backup generators.
