Title: New Long Beach Courthouse
Description: The proposed project includes the exchange of parcels between the Administrative Office of the Courts and City's Redevelopment Agency; construction of the new courthouse with space for the County of Los Angeles, commercial tenants, and retail tenants; renovation of an existing parking structure; and operation of the new courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. The new courthouse will have approximately 31 courtrooms. The new courthouse will replace the Superior Court's existing facilities in Long Beach.
