Title: Nevada City Housing Element
Description: The proposed project consists of the adoption of the City of Nevada City's Housing Element Update as a mandated update of the General Plan. The Housing Element Update for the City of Nevada City sets forth the City's 6 yr strategy to preserve and enhance the community's character, expand housing opportunities for all economic segments, and provide guidance and direction for local government decision-making in all matters related to housing. Furthermore, the project includes a variety of implementation programs intended to be adopted concurrently with the adoption of the Housing Element.
