Description: The proposed project consists of a request by recreational rock climbers, based in San Luis Obispo County, to the California Army National Guard (CA ARNG), to allow re-establishement of limited access to the CA ARNG CSLO for the purposes of parking, hiking to and from, and rock climbing on the northeast rock face of Cerro Romauldo, located int eh southeast section of CSLO.
